That touch from De Gea’s foot… I could almost see the ball inside the goal, but David stopped it. What a save! Soon afterwards the match finished, leaving us with a bittersweet feeling. Our performance was commendable after trailing 2-0, but at the same time we were so close to winning the match… From a spectator’s point of view I think it was a great football game. On the pitch, I can say it was very intense and, especially in the second half, I really enjoyed it.
Being 2-0 down after the first 12 minutes, it seemed it was going to be a very long match for us, but this team never give up as we showed until the final whistle. We tied the game in the second half with two great goals from Eden and Rami, and we tried to score the third one until the very end. It would’ve been the perfect comeback, but now we have to play Manchester United (always a competitive side) again, this time in our stadium. I still remember our victory (5-4) in the Capital One Cup a few months ago. I hope we can win and get to the semis at Wembley as we did last season…
