My first season abroad is in full swing. Unfortunately we lost too many points at the beginning of the round and started badly in the Champions League. Clear and brief: It doesn’t look ideal.
Yet our last matches show our development this season. As part of the team, I’m growing as well over time. Sure, at the beginning you’re trying to play without any mistakes. You’re not taking the full risk. But in the meantime, I’ve learned that especially risk is part of my game and that it’s important to translate my natural way of playing to the pitch.
Less thoughts, more risk
For sure it’s a big help that I’m feeling good at CFC and that I’m happy to live in a city as beautiful as London. It’s a fascinating city that you can’t discover in a rush. So at the moment I don’t have much time to visit my homeland.
From day one it was obvious that I totally want to focus onto my new home in London. The club and its environment are my focus. Fortunately, my family and friends often make a visit so that I don’t miss anything here. Click here to continue reading (scroll down for English version).
